1. What does a Private Investigator (PI) do?

Generally speaking, a private investigator is hired to obtain information regarding the identity, habits, conduct, movements, whereabouts, affiliations, associations, transactions, reputation, or character of any person or group of persons.

A private investigator may also conduct investigations regarding the credibility of witnesses; the whereabouts of missing persons; the location of missing persons; the location or recovery of lost or stolen property; and the causes and origin of- or responsibility for- fires, libels, or losses.

2. Do you take cases from all over India?

Certainly we accept cases from every corner of the country. In-fact major percentage of our business comes from cases that involve us to go to cities other than Delhi. We are part of Global one, a consortium of reputed Indian and International Detectives. We seek assistance from the local sleuths of Global one to handle cases outside Delhi, furthermore we send our own experts to handle cases in that city.

3. What is the mode of payment?

You can make payments through Cheque / Draft or Cash. International payments can be made through wire transfers.

4. How much time does it take to handle a case?

The time scale depends upon the particulars of a case. Some cases take days, some weeks and some months. It all dependents upon the proof required and complexity of the case, but our experience allows us to provide information with a realistic time frame.

5. How much does it cost?

Our charges depend upon the type of operation that we have been asked to undertake. To determine the costing, we analyse the details of the case and then the timescale involved and the budget are decided. Once this has been agreed, we then require a retainer based on the budget to begin the operation.

6. What is your list of Clients?

The type of profession we are in, does not allow us to expose our list of clients for reasons of confidentiality. However let us assure you that in the last so many years we have been in business and carried out investigations for reputed multinationals, Indian corporate houses and government organizations besides prominent individuals.

7. How confidential is the investigation?

All information is completely confidential. Indian law prohibits a detective agency or its employees from divulging any information about any case without express permission of its employer (client) or through an authorized tribunal. Our way of conducting the assigned case is 100% confidential as even our field investigators does not know that the operation they are going to handle, is for what purpose and who is our client.

8.  How will you report ?

We can send the report to you by regular mail, facsimile, or e-mail.
You may also collect your report personally from our office. Documents or proofs that are obtained as part of an investigation case can also be sent via the same methods. Stills photographs can be scanned and sent through the same methods.

9. Who else will you tell about my case?

A Complete secrecy will be maintained. Once you have instructed us, we will only report to you or any one else you specify, such as you legal representative.
